Executive Producer Walt Wolfram receives the Emmy Award for Talking Black in America

In February, Talking Black in America was awarded a Midsouth Emmy for Best Cultural Documentary. Congratulations to Executive Producer Walt Wolfram, Producers Neal Hutcheson & Danica Cullinan, and many others who helped create this important film that has now been seen around the world. Talking Black in America has started important conversations about African American Language and the success of the documentary has paved the way for four more episodes about African American Language. Signing Black in America is the first of these.
